BOOK DESCRIPTIONEarly Bronze and Iron Age faunal remains from the two sites in the northeastern region of Turkey were analysed to establish characteristics of the previously unexamined economic patterns of the region. The study aimed to establish whether the assemblages reflect differences in the nature of occupations between the two periods, the degree of temporal consistency in subsistence strategies and the placement of the findings within the context throughout Anatolia.
